Jo Turner is a stained glass designer-maker based in the Peak District. Working from her studio in a former paper mill, she specialises in creating bespoke stained glass commissions for private clients, producing both contemporary and traditionally crafted works inspired by the natural world and our relationship with it.

Each commission is developed through a collaborative design process, resulting in unique stained glass windows, panels, and sculptural pieces that respond to a particular space, building, or personal narrative. Her work combines traditional stained glass techniques with a contemporary design sensibility, exploring light, colour, pattern, and form.

Jo also runs a programme of workshops, teaching traditional leaded stained glass and contemporary techniques including Tiffany (copper foil) and fused glass.
